Dear Parents and Guardians, This newsletter is to bring you up to date with school news and remind you of important upcoming events. 1. SCHOOL FEES I would like to thank all parents and guardians who are up-to-date in the payment of school fees and annual fees. Those who have outstanding fees, kindly settle as soon as possible. 2. NATIONAL LEVEL INTER-PRIVATE SCHOOLS CHORAL SPEAKING COMPETITION 2009 On behalf of the school, I would like to congratulate the Choral Speaking Team for achieving 2nd Place at the above competition. I would like to thank all the staff and parents for all your support especially in sourcing for sponsors to enable our team to go for the competition.
3. PTC FUND-RAISING LUCKY DRAW The PTC has embarked on the above fund-raising to help further improve the school’s facilities. I hope the Seri Insan community will fully support this project of the PTC. The tickets (FOR MEMBERS ONLY) are priced at RM2 each or RM10 per book and can be obtained at the school office. The main prize is a RM5,900 scooter with many other attractive prizes as well. The draw will be on Friday 2nd October 2009 to coincide with the school’s Hari Raya celebrations. 4. INFLUENZA A(H1N1) The school would like to remind parents that should your child show symptoms of the flu, kindly seek medical attention immediately, please follow the doctor’s instructions on this matter and also keep us informed if your child is to stay home. The school is monitoring the health of all the students and staff of the school. 5.
